奥运红旗迎风飘99——卢捷行为艺术巡展

   前言

   2008中国奥运是一场举世瞩目的体育盛典，是中国人民的骄傲，是中国走向繁荣昌盛的步伐，也是中国向世界展示五千年文化文明的吉祥年，同时通过这场奥运盛典让中国与世界拥抱在一起。

8月8号奥运盛典的钟声临近了，金碧辉煌的鸟巢体育馆上空的礼炮即将响起，绚烂多彩的礼花将为之欢舞，波澜壮阔的长江黄河将为之欢呼，三山五岳将为之喝彩。在这激动人心的时刻来临之际，13亿同胞，来吧！让我们为我们的国家，为我们的民族，为我们的奥运祈福加油吧！祝愿我们的五星红旗和奥运旗帜久久（99）飞扬！祝愿国泰民安久久（99

    做为一个中国艺术工作者，怀着满腔的热情以自己独特的艺术方式来迎接88中国奥运盛典，同时通过行为艺术的方式传播中国的人文奥运的思想和精神，让更多的人参与到迎奥运的活动中来，让艺术走进大众，让大众走进艺术。

    99这两个数字相加（18）或者相乘（81）都显示着吉利数字。奥运红旗迎风飘99——行为艺术，就是围绕着99这个喻示着久久的吉利数字作为行为的内涵，以艺术的形式来为中国奥运加油祈福的。

    行为艺术1：现场陆续征得游客8人加艺术家本人共9人分别摇动奥运标志红旗各9下，为中国奥运祈福加油。

    行为艺术2：运用9幅（每幅100cm*150cm)的《奥运红旗迎风飘》系列油画作品进行组合变化形态，构成象征性的《龙阵》《八卦阵》《三山五岳阵》等阵法。（《奥运红旗迎风飘》系列油画由《奥运红旗迎风飘》《东方狮吼》《中国队加油！》《托起》《高兴的要飞》《八月飞花》《小篮球手》《中华红鼓响起来》《99同心迎奥运》组成）

    行为艺术3：现场陆续征得游客98人加艺术家本人共99人在第9幅《99同心迎奥运》油画作品上书写为中国奥运祈福加油等祝词

The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind 99 -- 

Exhibition Tour of Lujie’s Behavioral Art

                           Foreword

   2008 the Olympics in China is a grand sports ceremony which is drawing the worldwide attention. It is pride of Chinese people and it is a step towards a thriving and prosperous China. It is also a lucky year to show China to the world – a country with five thousand years of culture and civilization. Through this grand Olympics, China will tightly hold in arms with the people of the world.

   The bell of grand Olympic ceremony on August 8 is approaching and gun salute is going to fire in the sky of magnificent and glittering Bird Nest Stadium. Bright and colorful fireworks are about to let off; Yangtze River and Yellow River surging forward with great momentum will cheer up; Mountains and hills are going to hail. In the occasion of such exciting incoming moment, come on! My 1.3 billion countryman, let us pray for blessings to our country, to our nation and to our Olympics. We wish our five star red flag and the Olympics flag will fly upwards forever (99)! We wish our country is prosperous and people live in peace forever (99).

    Being a Chinese artist, I am full of enthusiasm to welcome grand sports ceremony in China on August 8 with my own unique mode of art. Also, using behavioral art, I will spread thought and spirit of People’s Olympics in China so that more and more people will participate in the Olympics activities. Let art access to broad masses of people and broad masses of people contact art.

    Two number of 99 plus is (18) or multiplication is (81), both of them demonstrate a lucky number. The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind 99 – Behavioral Art centers 99 to imply the luck number of forever as connotation of behavior. Using mode of art cheers and blesses the Olympics in China.

    The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind 99 – Behavioral Art consists of three parts:

    Behavioral Art 1: 8 visitors will be invited at the site plus 1 artist himself, 9 people in total, to separately fly 9 times of the Olympics symbol red flag for cheering and blessing the Olympics in China.

   Behavioral Art 2: Mode of combination changes with nine serial oil paintings of “The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind”, each with 100cm * 150cm, constitutes resemblance to “Dragon Formation”, “Eight-Trigram Formation”, “Mountains and Hills Formation”, “Eight-Characters Formation” and “Nine-Characters Formation” etc. Serial oil paintings of “The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind” consists of “The Olympics Red Flag Whirling about in the Wind”, “Roaring lion in the Orient”, “Cheers! Chinese Team”, “Supporting”, “ I want to fly because I’m happy”, “ Flying Flowers in August”, “ Little Basket Ball Players”, “Chinese red drum sounds” and “Welcome in One Heart 99 to Olympic Games”.

   Behavioral Art 3: 98 visitors will be invited at the site plus 1 artist himself, 99 people in total, to write congratulatory words on the ninth oil painting “Welcome in One Heart 99 to Olympic Games” for cheering and blessing the Olympics in China.
